Account and registration
bydplay operates only in jurisdictions where our legal interpretation determines online sportsbooks and gaming platforms are permitted by local law. We do not hold licenses in every country. Members in Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Medan, and Semarang may live in jurisdictions with unclear or evolving regulations regarding online wagering. You are responsible for verifying that access to bydplay complies with the laws of your own jurisdiction before creating an account or depositing funds. If we detect that your account is registered from a jurisdiction where we do not operate, we may suspend the account and process a refund of your balance. During account creation, you provide your legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. These details are collected to verify your identity and prevent fraud. After account creation, before you can deposit or claim bonuses, your account must pass full Know-Your-Customer (KYC) verification. You submit clear photos or scans of a government-issued ID (national ID, passport, driver's license, or residence permit) and proof of current address (utility bill, bank statement, or government letter dated within three months). Our verification team manually reviews all documents within 24–72 business hours. If documents are unclear or inconsistent, we request resubmission with specific feedback. For withdrawals: if your withdrawal is pending longer than expected, contact support with your withdrawal request ID. Withdrawal timelines depend on your payment method (bank transfers via BCA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment may take 1–3 business days; e-wallets like online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment may settle within hours). Never re-attempt the same withdrawal; contact support instead to avoid duplicate deductions. Transfer your desired amount to our nominated account, including the reference number in the description or memo field. Bank transfers typically settle within 1–3 business days, depending on your bank and time of transfer. For withdrawals, select "Bank Transfer," choose your bank, and provide your account number. We process bank withdrawals subject to our verification checks; the funds appear in your nominated bank account within 1–3 business days. There are no hidden fees for bank transfers, although your own bank may charge a transfer fee; check with online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, or local payment for their rates.

Your deposit and withdrawal methods do not have to match; you can deposit via local payment and withdraw via online payment if you prefer. Withdrawal amounts are subject to your account balance; there are no fixed minimums or maximums for most methods, though some payment processors impose their own limits. Bonuses expire if not claimed within the stated window (typically 14–30 days). Your tier status is calculated at the end of each calendar month; new tier benefits apply the following month. If your monthly wagers drop below a tier's threshold, you may drop to a lower tier. Security and account care
Two-factor authentication (2FA) adds a second security layer to your account. To enable it, log in, go to Account Settings > Security, and select "Enable Two-Factor Authentication." Choose your preferred method: SMS code (a one-time code sent to your registered phone) or authenticator app (codes generated by apps like Google Authenticator or Authy). For SMS, we send a code to your phone; you enter it to confirm setup. For authenticator apps, scan a QR code with your app, then enter a generated code. Save your backup codes in a safe location; you can use these to regain access if you lose your phone. Once 2FA is enabled, every login requires both your password and a one-time code. If you change your phone number or lose access to your authenticator, contact support with verification details; our team can disable 2FA and re-enable it with new contact info. 2FA significantly reduces the risk of unauthorized account access even if your password is compromised. We strongly recommend enabling it immediately after account creation.
If you suspect your account has been accessed by someone else, act immediately. First, change your password from a secure device (a different device if possible). Log in to your account, go to Account Settings > Change Password, and set a new, strong password (mix of uppercase, lowercase, numbers, symbols; at least 12 characters). If you cannot log in, use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page; we send a reset link to your registered email. To close your account permanently, contact support and state that you want to close your account. Your account must have a zero or positive balance (no outstanding bets or holds). If you have pending bonuses or active wagers, you must complete or forfeit them before closure. Once we process your closure request, your account is locked; you cannot log in or place new bets. Any remaining account balance can be withdrawn; we process the withdrawal within 1–3 business days depending on your chosen payment method. After closure, all your personal data is subject to our data retention policy: transaction records and KYC documents are retained if required by law (typically 5–7 years for regulatory compliance), then securely deleted. You can request a data deletion after the required retention period by contacting support. Closing your account does not delete historical transaction records if they are required by law. If you wish to use bydplay again after closure, you can create a new account, though you may be subject to new account verification.
